From that simple question, WWADD was born. As women in the male-dominated ad industry, we’ve found ourselves wondering, "What would a dude do?" throughout our careers, in moments when we needed a push to claim what we deserve. Not because we idolize dudes, but because they shouldn’t be the only ones assuming they're worth everything they want.

Our mission is to disrupt the gender status quo, inspire women to challenge gender norms, push for equality, and assume they're worth more. Because we deserve all the respect, praise, accolades, money, and power that dudes are granted every day. And then some.
